Exciting news for Radio Dacorum listeners - and anyone with access to the internet! Very soon you will have the opportunity to listen to our authors as they reveal details of their writing life before reading from their current work. The show is called 'Your Word' and is broadcast at 8pm on Wednesday evenings. You can listen online (live or later) at radiodacorum.org.uk. Here are the important dates:
August 12th - Amie Caitlin Shearer
August 26th - Davina Smith reads from her novel 'The Revenge Prophecy' : One prophecy. Five predictions. And a seemingly inevitable outcome: empath Grace (14) will die before the stifling summer of ’76 is out.
September 2nd - Naomi Stevens reads from her short story 'Springtime.'
TBC - Abby Fermont reads from Chapter One of her novel 'The Tenant of Vashti Cottage' : a young woman travels to Haworth after the death of her sister and becomes drawn into Charlotte Brontë's life.
